All Our Merchandise advertised is generally in stock. Should we become oversold due to any unpredicted reason, rather than disappoint you, we may send a substitute of equal or better value for the same price. If no substitute is available we will refund your payment in full and you will not be held accountable for fulfillment of these orders.

RETURNS:

We provide our customers with a 30 Day Money Back or Exchange Policy. If your item arrives damaged please let us know so we can file a claim with the shipping company so we can get a new one sent out too you.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us, in its original condition, for a full refund. If we gave you Free Shipping, upon returning the item for a refund, we will deduct the actual UPS/Freight charges from your refund.

Our customer service email is customerservice@cakelectronics.com and we will issue you an appropriate Return Authorization number (RMA) for your return. Please give us your order number and details on products you would like to return.  We will not accept any returns without RMA number issued by C.A.K. Electronics.

  • Please allow 1 week after receipt of returned item for processing refund.

  • RMA numbers must be clearly displayed on the front of the return-shipping label. Please DO NOT put the number on the boxes.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipment; we recommend that items be shipped back UPS Insured or FedEx Insured.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Item must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging or there will be a charge for missing Items

Should you encounter any difficulties or problems beyond the 30 Days, please refer to the MFG. Warranty.
This is for domestic (USA) returns only. International orders are final and this return policy does not apply.
